Art is President and CEO of Playhouse Square Foundation and Playhouse Square Real Estate Services.

Playhouse Square Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization located in Cleveland, Ohio that operates the largest performing arts center outside New York City, as well as the largest theater restoration project in the world. Playhouse Square acts as the major producer and presenter of theatrical entertainment.

Real Estate Services is engaged in real estate development and controls almost one million square feet of office building real estate in the Theater District. It provides management services for third party, facility and construction as well as tenant representation.

Art is a Broadway League Member and Tony voter and a board member of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Destination Cleveland-Convention and Visitors Bureau. He serves as the treasurer for the Playhouse Square District Development Corporation.
